I am handling recruitment for the following projects:Estidama Package 3:Managing hiring for the installation of 191 km of pipelines from the Habshan Complex to the Sweihan Consumer Receipt Station. Project Value USD 600 million.Estidama Package 6:Leading recruitment for a 74 km pipeline project from Sweihan to Al-Shuwaib, including two block valve stations. Project value USD 295 million.Borouge Package 4:Overseeing talent acquisition for CCCW piping upgrades at the Borouge 3 Plant, involving 3 km of new piping system. Project value USD 25-75 million.In addition to recruitment, I also manage administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and supporting project success!

As an Administration Coordinator, I lead procurement processes, ensuring MDB and PPRA compliance. Manage procurements/grants for MDB-funded projects, serve as FIP's project procurement observer, and actively engage in HR tasks, including the hiring of consultants as per PPRA requirements and general human resource recruitment.

I was responsible for procuring items and equipment for both the head office and test centers. Additionally, I managed inventory, and coordinated seamless logistics for inventory transport between exam centers, ensuring a well-coordinated process for successful NEB and NLE examinations across multiple centers.

My responsibilities involved supervising procurement activities across all campuses, aligning with PPRA Procurement Rules. This entails developing comprehensive procurement plans, initiating purchase requisitions, and utilizing various procurement methods. I analyze vendors thoroughly, create purchase orders, and ensure the verification of received goods. In addition to fostering positive vendor relationships, I undertake additional duties assigned by officers.

As a Human Resource Investigative Analyst, I specialized in offering tailored solutions for optimal hiring, securing qualified staff. My role involved investigating HR fraud and identifying theft instances, prioritizing the reduction of company losses. Responsibilities encompassed due diligence, client research, and fraud case analysis. I established quality assurance processes, managed team performance, handled invoicing, and provided comprehensive administrative support. Additionally, I excelled in managing email functions, documentation, and preparing presentations and reports as necessary.
