Assess organizational security risk and business operations to formulate a global security strategy to promote business development, reduce risks, and limit exposure to liability in all areas of physical and personal risk . Serve as senior expert and consultant to those significant to the success of the organization, advising on integration of programs of equivalent scope and complexity; counsel other experts on a variety of situations and issues that involve applying or adapting new theories, concepts, principles, methods, or practices . Exercise oversight authority for all aspects of security related investigations, training, operations, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the organization’s security operations, policies, and procedures utilizing identified best practices and risk management principles . Oversee the analysis and interpretation of regulatory changes and trends based on broad perspective and update necessary policies . Proactively assist organization’s senior management in identifying and assessing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, risks, vulnerabilities and complex threats to security operations . Develop, manage and direct the capital and expense budget for the organization’s security and safety operations . Oversee self-inspections, compliance audits and security inspections . Manage the hiring and evaluation of all security staff and organization personnel with security duties .

Maintain and update files according to established, standard, and well-defined procedures. Perform routine typing to set up and maintain records in connection with assigned clerical duties. Answer basic telephone inquiries that require limited research and minimal bank experience. Handle other routine clerical duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of all information processed. Maintain personnel files, which includes daily filing of Employee documentation.
