Working on the position of Team Leader Static in SR- Refinery (Area-1 CDU, Area-6 Utilities, and Area-7 Offsite).Responsible to maintain the plant and ensure the 100 % of plant availability. Completion of daily maintenance schedule with in the agreed time frame with the controlled safety measures.Handling the plant plan or emergency shutdown and ensure the target completion with the available resources.Coordinating with Engineering & Inspection for any plant modification through MOC.Monitoring the budget utilization and material availability in warehouse for the critical equipment.Coordination with Maintenance Planning for the daily / Weekly / Shutdown Schedule jobs for betterment of maintenance activities.Motivating the team for improvement in their skills to work hard and smartly.

• Leading the maintenance planning department with 06 planners & schedulers. • Monitor the detailed maintenance planning and scheduling for the preparation of daily and weekly schedule for daily corrective and preventive maintenance• Assist the departmental planning activities.• Administrate SAP applications and provide support to field users.• Support the maintenance teams in managing backlog activities.• Materials follow up with procurement for work orders awaiting materials.• Weekly generate maintenance KPIs and sustain the KPI targets.• Generate weekly & monthly maintenance planning report for management.• Weekly review and follow up with execution for out of service equipment's.• Weekly review of waiting for material work orders and follow up with procurement for the earliest material delivery. • Coordinate daily meeting with area coordinators to discuss the progress of current day activities and next day schedule jobs.• Coordinate with reliability for their recommendation for repair work.• MSP (Microsoft Projects) plan release to monitor the critical jobs and plant shutdowns jobs.• Cost estimation before to give any work to our approved service contractors.• Arrange meetings and site visits for contractors to explain the detail scope of work for critical and special jobs.• Arrange safety induction courses with HSE department for contractors.• Coordinate with (VSM) vendor service man to monitor their activities and provide services as per the contract.• Material follow-up with procurement department for direct purchase requisition which we raised for non stock items and ensure the estimated time for delivery.• Assist Planning manger in annual financial plans & budgets.• Complete job packages development with material reservation for any opportunity or plant shutdown. • Assist turnaround team in the preparation and updating of work control sheets for turnaround work.
