Social Compliance, Technical Auditor and Quality Inspections

1- Perform Factory Technical (GMP, C&C, Traceability, FCCA, RMQAFA), Certification, and CSR Audits for different client requirements/ COC2- I have conducted over 500 technical factory audits/certification audits including Social, and Environment audits of various client-specific standards with APSCA registered # (ASCA) 217053813- Perform ZDHC Waste Water / Chemical sampling from factories. With ZDHC Approved certificate # C74D106818859.4- Perform as an associate auditor for verification Lab audits for various clients (PVH, LEVISE, TARGET)5- Monitor the activities of the whole staff with respect to their integrity.6- Publicize the BV Code of Ethics to Vendors, Factories, and other external parties through relevant training programs.7- Work with integrity team staff, Operations Managers, HR & Admin in the location for any Integrity related activities8- Performed Mystery inspections, Surprise factory visits to verify that the staff and factory are complying with the SOP.9- I have carried out more than 5,000 inspections (Final Inspections and Inline Inspections according to the AQL system) complying with international standards (ANSI / ASQ Z 1.4-2008, BS 6001 ISO 17020 with applicable client-specific requirements).

• Supervises and coordinates activities of inspectors engaged in inspecting materials received from coordinators.• Assigns Inspector to inspection stations according to priorities and Inspectors' knowledge of inspection/product type, processing procedures, and techniques• Examines reports and the products which are rejected by inspectors to verify defects and to determine whether defects are within allowable Inspection standards or client requirements.• Submits samples that are received by the inspector after personnel obtains verification of manufacturers' certifications and authorizations.• Trains and monitor new Inspector/staff and suggested improvements to daily functionality.
