- Coordination with SME/LE Account managers, SME Channel partners/Partner resources and Logistics, to provision different type of customer requests related to Mobile services on stipulated SLAs such as; Sims / Handsets /.
- Maintaining a daily KPI reports to manage and to evaluate the targets and utilizing them for records.
- Coordination with IT teams and following up on trouble tickets logged to report the technical issues to close them on the stipulated SLA.
- Supporting on manual work around tasks for support teams such as EDMS tasks, auditing tasks and MPR requests which involves detailed validation on documentation and payment modes.
- Attending required training & briefing sessions on new launches
