Business process analyst acted as the liaison between business units and IT departments; completes business cases in support of projects; participates in or facilitates business process modeling and research efforts to achieve the business benefits and corporate goals.Duties and Responsibilities include: •Demonstrated strong analytical skills, by identifying, researching and resolving operations issues and performing ad hoc performance analysis•Analyzed, synthesize, and interpret financial data to identify opportunities for process improvement•Provided analysis and support for continuous improved projects•Developed requirement specifications according to standard templates, using non-technical language related to resolutions of operations issues•Produced and distribute operations reports•Collaborated with internal stake holders to identify and mitigate possible operational issue with larger enhancement initiatives•Strategic Initiatives: Actively engages in driving strategic initiatives, and the related goals, to ensure the most optimal outcome•Communication: Effectively communicates using writer, oral, non-verbal, and active listening skills.
