- Organisation: Several production reports came every hour and I had to update them accordingly to the timescale which was then distributed to the relevant staff throughout the organisation in order to complete the next tasks, failing to do this timely means a loss of business, unsatisfied customers, and bigger workload and disrupts all the other tasks involved with other departments. - Hardworking: The current position in this job is mentally demanding at times as I am a leader of 6 whom all get constant phone issues and I have to be present at all times and deal with the situation which is frequently. But I also have to prepare daily work load for my team members and evaluate the reports given from them which I have to prioritise in order to fulfil customer order demands. - Working under pressure: This is standard procedures within the role as the position I hold is expected to know all the blue prints with regards to the organisation running smoothly. I am essentially the gel in the middle to keep the department efficient and any disruptions caused would have to be resolved through me or contacting the appropriate staff needed in order for it to be resolved. At times when situations are not resolved or when reports do not arrive timely this means a longer shift, sacrificing personal time during work hours i.e. breaks and the workload increasing which is straining and demanding. - Team working: As a current leader in offline support, impeccable team working skills is imperative in order for our department to successfully complete the tasks for targets to be met.- Good Numeracy Skills: Another mandatory skill in order to complete my job role, the ability to reason with numbers and basic mathematical concepts. I am dealing with statistics and figures on a regular basis and with these numbers it gives me an indication of what tasks/actions need to be taken next.

- Product Knowledge: Initially we were specialised in Blackberry models as I was a technician for them. This involved a full diagnostic test of the handset and repairing them accordingly. However as time progressed I had to familiarise myself with several phone handset procedures.

- Good Interpersonal skills: As part of the role I needed to take customers’ order, recommend potential meals/dishes depending on occasion, deal with any customer enquiries and order food from suppliers.- Good Numeracy: The ability to reason with numbers was present again as I was dealing with the cash register and done the book keeping at times.- Organisation: I had to open the store, prepare the days orders, allocate food in the right containers, ensure the store is clean and deal with any other situations that arose. - Team working: I have been able to helping fellow peers especially when I was a waiter in order for the functions to be efficient to keep customers happy.- Excellent customer service: providing the highest standard of customer skills was imperative and this was always monitored, encouraged and was given plenty training in order to successfully master this as this was our pride and joy when offering our waiter services.
