Responsible for Production, Quality, Operation & process , process safety & employees supervision.Ø Focus on design, operation, control and optimization of chemical & physical processes for quality improvement.Ø Implement new ideas to improve operational quality and efficiency.Ø Identify opportunities for cost reductions while maintaining operational quality.Ø Participating in incident t.Ø Investigate problems in the process and find solutions.Ø Make Daily Production report.Ø Give instructions to operators for changing recipe according to customer requirement & Specifications.Ø Provide daily leadership and oversight of all production employees.Ø Ensure stock level and availability of raw materials (water, caustic, flour, gas ,diesel , etc.) Ø Ensure Raw material quality before using for production.Ø Production planning according to customer priority.Ø Evaluate and cross check previous day production report to ensure efficient execution of plant capacity.Ø Supervise Boilers and give instructions for maintaining Operational parameters. Ø Coordinate and follow up activities with maintenance team by issuing EWR(engineering work request)depend on the requirement.Ø Ensure and request for spare parts as required.Ø Coordinate with quality department for assuring quality of finish and raw materials.Ø Ensure proper job and safety rules are understood by employees and followed.Ø Train new employees.Ø Review and sign EWR and follow with maintenance to complete pending orders.Ø Regularly inspect safety and security and insure that all the time under control.Ø Coordinate with W/H for products to be dispatched and ensure quality of the work.
