Installation, of HV/LV Switchgear Panels, Power Transformers including Transformer Marshalling Box, Battery Charger, Battery Bank, UPS Panel, VFD Panels, System Panel.Installation of 11 kV indoor substation and outdoor substations up to 33 KV.Cable laying for many Different Sizes of HT, LT, Control cable, Signal cable, fiber Optic Cables Glanding and Termination activities.Making cable cutting schedule according to approved drawing.Experienced with all electrical services like Lighting, Small power, Telephone and data, P.A system, Fire Alarm system, Lightning system and installation of light fittings, fire detectors, tray trunking, G.I conduits, D.B, S.M.D.B, including termination etc.Installation of Diesel Generator and DG Control Panel & testing support of DG with vendor.Fabrication works, supports and frames for substation equipment’s, Field equipment’s / instruments.Lightning Protection system installation & Earthing activities.Assisting testing of various Electrical Equipments like Power Transformers, various types of Relays, Current transformers, Potential Transformers, commissioning work of Substation during new projects.Co-ordination with Testing team, vendor, Sat activities.Involved in as built drawing preparation and submission.Estimate, handling man power, production and process reporting day to day office or our Sr.officer.Vendor document review, Technical liaison with vendor and clients.Ensuring that the Electrical equipment are as per the hazards area classification.Preparation of Work Method Statement and Risk Assessment for Electrical activities.Have a good communication and co-ordination between supervisors, material coordinator and vehicle coordinator for smooth progress of the construction activities.Implementation of Electrical Earthing System for the unit area, field installations, substation and other facilities.Job Safety Analysis preparation.

WORK RESPONSIBILITES• Conduct supervision and internal inspection to ensure allongoing works at the construction site are executed in accordance with latest approved shop drawings, method statements, Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and project’s specification.• Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of theProject Quality Plan, Quality Procedures and Productivity related to all electrical works in accordance with program of work on Site.• Coordinates with Civil, Finishing, Plumbing, Drainage, FireFighting, HVAC, QA/QC, Engineering and consultant’srepresentatives.• Attending site meeting with other trades, site surveys andinspections.• Highlighting the problems in drawings and discussing withengineering department.• Interaction with consultant and officials of main contractors.• Responsible in preparing Request for Inspection and Testing (RFIT) prior to consultant inspection.• Carry out daily inspection with the consultant.• Internal inspection of sub-contractor’s works and gettingapproval from consultant.• Identify non-conformances (NCR) and take preventive andcorrective actions.• Conforms to all the operations are done in strict compliancewith department safety rules and regulations, givingPriority to safety and security.Making red markup drawing if some changes on site andgetting approval for them and helping in making as builddrawing as per actual work done on site.• Making daily allocation sheet of the man power &submitting to the construction manager.• Monitoring the daily, weekly & monthly progress.• Making daily, weekly and monthly progress report and submit to construction manager.• Preparing summary log reports for allocation sheet, materials, RFIT, daily reports, etc.
