Senior Project ManagerBrl Architects Jun 2021 - Present1 Queen Street: Car Park Apartments – (Cost 50m)The scheme consists of 4N0 apartment blocks linked via a podium over car parking running under all 4 No. Blocks, comprising a total of 179 apartments. Each of the 179 apartments having heating and water supplied from a centrally located community heating system, this combined with the fabric first approach to energy conservation and the solar panel array located on the roof ensures that the proposed scheme not only meets but far exceeds its environmental credentials. Full details of the heating system are to be provide by the M&E engineers (in conjunction with the environmental consultants) to follow. Each unit will also have direct access to a 1.5m external balcony. -
Project LeaderGebler Tooth Architects Aug 2011 - Jan 2022Beaumont Business Centre ltd - (Cost £5m )Grade II listed building with creation of new office space at roof levelCreating new fifth and sixth floor accommodation Heathrow Terminal 3 IB Baggage Remote Offload Facility - ( Cost £3m)Heathrow Terminal 4 IB Baggage Remote Offload Facility - (Cost £4m) Project driven for BAA for the development and construction of an offload dock baggage facility, which will feed bags to existing baggage carousels in the Terminal. The offload dock is located in a layby, off the adjacent airside road. The layby is created by the relocation of an existing rubbishCompactor facility and trolley electric vehicle (EV) charging bay, and re-planning of adjacent coach parking bays. Currently under construction. Heathrow Terminal 4 BRH Extension (Cost £22m) The Baggage Reclaim Hall Expansion project is part of a programme of expenditure to transform Terminal 4 and provide improved facilities and capacity for growing airlines. Detailed modelling by Heathrow has shown that as new airline entrants arrive at T4, and the existing T4 airlines increase the size of the aircraft in their fleets, additional reclaim capacity will be required from winter 2014 onwards. This additional reclaim capacity is to be achieved through the provision of new belts capable of handling A380 baggage requirements. The overall project will deliver two new A380 belts and the subject of this T4 BRH Expansion project brief is to create one additional belt, known as “Reclaim -1”, through creating new reclaim hall floor space at the western end of the BRH. Heathrow Terminal Rapid Goods Screening Facility -(Cost £9m)As part of the airport wide security compliance agenda directed by the Department for Transport BAA has introduced a Rapid Goods Screening (HRGSC) facility that will screen all ‘GOODS’, as defined by legislation, carried by vehicles into the Critical Part of the Restricted Security Area of Heathrow Airport.

Crawley Sports and Leisure Centre: Cost £28m (completed 2005)The key facilities at K2 Crawley consist of a 50m Swimming pool, Leisure Pool, 12 court Multi-purpose Sports Hall, Health & Fitness Suite, 12m Climbing wall, five Squash Courts, dedicated Gymnastics training Hall, Indoor Bowls, Martial Arts and Athletics facility. The Athletics facility can hold County standard outdoor 400m track and field competition events and also indoor training.The eight lane swimming pool has movable floors and booms to meet a wide range of needs, which include competitive swimming (in either 25m or 50m mode), diving facilities (including 1 and 3m springboards) and 5m diving platform.
