I take pride in leading a team of passionate bankers who live and breath the core values (INTEGRITY, COLLABORATION, ACCOUNTABILITY, EXCELLENCE & SERVICE) of our organization.Worked as a Manager in retail for 4 years before i started working at Commonwealth Bank in December 2012 as a Customer Service Specialist (CSS).My journey working as a CSS have given me lot of exposure to the different ways of dealing with different personalities and also uplifted my problem solving skills which eventually helped me secure a job as a Branch Manager in October 2015. Moving forward I would like to keep learning and getting better at what I do while achieving new hights in my career.
