1) Resposible for Making monthly plan along with coordination of PPC2) Ensuring effective co-ordination with all concerned departmental to meet production objectives3) Responsible for monitoring team for execution of batches activities in (manufacturing and packing areas)4) Ensure monitoring and surveillance of all equipment in production and packing area for any maintenance5) Ensuring maximum utilization of machines as per the schedule of machines6) Comunicating with the end user and evalulate their needs and specification.7) Ensuring adequate manpower as per the production plan8) Ensure Validations i.e. process validation, cleaning validation, equipment validation and HVAC validation.9) Responsible for attending training programs and giving training when ever required.10) Ensure raw materials and packing material available for batches in short term or long term basis.11) Ensure cGMP in the shop floor.12) Responsible for preparation, review & give training on SOPs for production13) Ensure for verification and calibration and preventive maintenance of equipments in shop floor.14) Responsible for review of master and executed BMR's &BPR's.15) Identify and resolve the labor versus production conflcts with co ordination with HR.16) Ensure safety concern in shop floor.17) Responsible for execution of any responsibility as and assigned by Head-production
