Head of the Estate Department, responsible for facility management (IFM) of the projects developed by company across India.Budgeting, annual cost sheets preparation for the complexesLeading the team of Estate Managers, supervision over site In-charges, meetings with subordinates on regular basis,Management meetings coordination, active participationRevenue generation, sites upliftment /augmentation planning, implementation, Monthly sites review,Management of IFM Service providers, vendors, suppliers etc.Selection of vendors, Recruitment for Engineering & Estate division Liasoning with Government authorities/relevant Govt. agencies for Statutory compliancesCoordination with other departments of the company i.e. Legal, Civil Engineering, Accounts, Marketing etc. Coordination with other stake holders i.e. RWA’s, Unit owners, occupants etc. Complete management of Estate department, MEP Coordination and Projects Management

To carryout detailed electrical systems, shop drawings review and approval, Inspection of site work progress as per tender documents and Govt. as well as international regulations, Billing verification of the Contractors, Material Inspection and approval of Material submittals, Installation and Testing & Commissioning statement as per tender documents. Coordination with Client, Structural & Architectural Engineers etc

Testing & Commissioning of LV/ELV Systems namely- 11 KV Sub-Station equipment, Switchgears, Power Transformers of 1.5 MVA (16 Nos.), Main low-tension board (MLTB), Capacitor Banks, ATS, Main sub board (MSB), Distribution boards etc. Motor Control Centers (MCC), VFD, Dimming Systems, emergency Central Battery System, T&C of Bus Ducts (2500 A), HV/LV Cables, BD Circuits test including Insulation test, Loop Impedance test, RCCB Test etc. ELV Systems including- * Testing & Commissioning of Fire Alarm System, PAVA, AV System, Inergen/Micro-k System, VESDA System, Security Management System, Intercom, Telecom/Data System etc. Other responsibilities include- * Involvement in Commissioning of BMS (Building Management System), Preparation of daily progress report, participation in weekly review meetings and providing the details to all concerned parties, Co-ordination with Consultants, Project Managers and Client, Preparation of T&C Method Statements and getting approval from consultants.Responsible for all Electrical work involved in a Residential Complex. MEP Co-ordination, Co-ordination with Civil Contractors. Design modification to HVAC Ducting, chilled water pipelines, Cable tray routes and electrical equipment. Direct supervision of Electrical works. Conducting meetings with Site Supervisors / engineers

Supervision site execution work of: 33 & 11 KV Substations, complete installation till energization, Busducts, UPS, Battery, indoor and outdoor Circuit Breakers (VCB, MOCB, OCB, SF6 etc.), Cable glanding and Termination. Meters and Protective relays (Electromagnetic and solid-state relays with and without programming, Installation of Power Transformers up to 5MVA capacity. Laying of power cable work both in cable trays as well as trenches in hazardous area. LT/HT panels, Transformers, Yards, drains and related civil & structural works. Earthing system, Cabling & Plant lighting system. Power and Control cable for Rotary equipment etc. Erection & Commissioning of Electro-Mechanical equipment (Turbine, Generator, Transformer, HT/LT Panels, Crane etc.) Design: Produced many Site Design Modifications, Lighting & Layout for E&M equipment, earthing drawings and calculations as per IS/NEC Standards. Test Performed: Assembly test, Routine test, Site test, Type test, Pressure test, Primary/Secondary Injection test, Insulation test, Earth Resistivity test etc.Projects Handled: Juthed MHP in H.P., Yakla MHP in Sikkim, Kalmoni MHP in Assam, Gangotri & Kanvashram MHP in U.P. with 11 KV Substations. 33 KV Substation in Bairagarh H.P.
