Working as a Field Mechanical Engineer for Site Development & Infrastructure Project.Client: Royal CommissionConsultant: BechtelDuties & Responsibilities:#Manage the construction activities and execute the construction works in line with the approved contract schedule and specifications. #Responsible for site Execution for utility and infrastructure work ,Manage the Piping Construction Team Creating an Atmosphere of co-operation and team spirit.#Representation in all meetings with clients and subcontractors responsibly to ensure healthy& cordial relation with client throughout the project.#Supervision of underground utilities(FRP,RTR,GRE,HDPE,PVC Pipes) for Portable and fire water system, Industrial waste water, Sanitary waste, Irrigation Network, Sea water cooling Network as per approved drawing.#Inspection for hydrotest, joint test & leak test to completed pipeline prior to raise RFI to Royal Commission representative for final inspection.#Provide inspection for the material receiving in site to make sure that all materials supplied are as per approved material by RC. #Execution and installation activities for Pumping & lift station, MOV ,Tank Erection ,fire fighting Equipment etc.# Prepared MOS Assure that Method of statements are approved by client and always available in area of activities.#Review IFC Drawing prior to execution of work and Assure that all Drawing Issued for construction on site has IFC Marked in it prior to execution.#Provide List of Manpower & Equipment required as per weekly schedule based on project schedule approved by client.# Co-ordinates with material &Consumable procurement Department for indented the same materials as per projects schedule.#Preparing Technical queries if any pumping and lifting stations design implementation including shop drawing ,detail drawing.#Material take off preparation for all mechanical items &Mechanical technical submital prepration
