As an Assistant Manager Purchase at Nutaste FDL, I oversee the planning,strategic sourcing & BAU. I am responsible for OTIF and procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.In addition to that I am responsible for annual contracts of all raw materials which includes spices,dairy, agri commodities,cocoa powder, packaging material etc.I have a strong background in food technology and management, having graduated from the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management - Kundli in 2019. I have acquired multiple skills in purchase, negotiation, planning & inventory management which I apply to my current role to ensure smooth production. I have also gained experience as PPIC manager at 3S Fitness Technologies Pvt. Ltd where I managed production planning,procurement of raw materials & packaging materials for nutraceutical domain.I also have experience as a Procurement Executive at Wellversed, where I handled the sourcing and negotiation of contracts for various food products and ingredients. I am passionate about leveraging my skills and knowledge to create and deliver high-quality and innovative fitness solutions that enhance the health and wellness of the customers.
