 Leading the Digital Corporate team to drive new business and maximize potential of existing Retail, CIBG, IBG and SME segments with a key focus on Digital Payroll, Payments/Collections solutions and On-boarding Digital Merchants through Alfa Payment Gateway. Engaged in end-to-end process of client on boarding with required legal documents and submitting Proposals to NTB clients. Driving sales performance and monitoring of cross-sell KPIs with a diversified Digital Banking product suite including Digital wallets, Payment gateway, QR payments and collections through CDM. Managing the diversified portfolio for Digital Payroll with over 70 Retail and Corporate clients have disbursement of PKR ~850 MN as of 2023 To ensure after sales service and resolution of issues within given timelines. Negotiate on the commercials with the new clients while finalizing proposals on Corporate Payroll i.e: Disbursement on wallets and offering disbursement through Cash Over Counter. Expanded business through BNPL offering to New and Existing business partners on Payment Gateway  Cater the needs of large companies and execute end-to-end business solution as per client's requirements.

 Assessing clients' needs and planning, developing and implementing educational, training and support programs. Interviewing clients and assessing the nature and extent of difficulties. Monitoring and reporting on the progress of clients. Supporting facilities and providing education and care for children, disabled persons in adult service units, group housing, Agecare centres and government institutions. Assisting young people to solve social, emotional and financial problems. Refer clients to agencies that can provide additional help. Assisting clients to get their needs and work done as per their requirements. Looking after the clients with different issues such as bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress, issues like disorder and depression and report all issues to agency.

 Communicate with customers to identify their requirement and assist them in selecting suitable products to their needs. Generate new business leads by using various methods like cold calling, personal visits, social media etc.  Offer Open bank APIs to different industries like Service Industry, E-commerce, Exchange companies, and NGO’s & Government etc. Deliver on the Defined KPI’s i.e. Digital & Corporate Business, Establish Digital Alliances, Introduce new Innovative products & services. Engaged in the end to end process of client onboarding, with required legal documents and submitting Proposals to the organization. Present on the field for onboarding new clients and establish merchant network for QR at J-cash agents, retail brands, restaurants and cafes. Plan. Direct and evaluate the activity of sales team in Retail, Corporate and other establishments. To ensure continued delivery and resolution of issues within specific timelines. Negotiate on the commercials with the client while finalizing the Proposals on Corporate Solution i.e. Payment, Collection and disbursement solutions, keeping organizational revenue in the loop. Ensure proper after sales support to existing clients and arrange a meeting for Product brief and submission of Proposals. Cater the needs of large companies and execute the end to end business solution as per client’s requirement. Perform product demos to customers and merchants & Present Pan Pakistan QR code report to Management. Determine strategic planning related to new product lines. Work with marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

 Visit Existing bank customers with Corporate and Cash management teams to pitch Branchless Banking & Cash Management Products. Responsible for bringing NTB accounts and maintaining the existing business portfolio. Engaged in the end to end process of client onboarding, with required legal documents and submitting Proposals to the organization. Provide product development support to the core team for customization of product and services. Keep reviewing Corporate Payroll card results quarterly to forecast future results. Conduct market analysis and requirement gathering for product teams. Keep up to date with the market situation, keep a close eye on the competition and market dynamics. Act and liaison between business teams and product teams. Keep track of the progress of all the products according to defined KPI’s. Prepare and manage product business reports for management review. Cater the needs of large companies by offering Payroll, Payments & Collection Solutions.

 Review application forms to ensure the completeness of the forms. Ensure that all the documents sent for processing are error free and maintains the error as required. Generate Norkom for each customer whose account Opening/Bundle processing request is received. Complete the Bank details on AOF and Bundle processing request. Work responsively on the discrepant cases marked for CASA or Bundle.

 Ensure the institution’s policies and procedures are followed according to established guidelines and make recommendations for improvement. Analyze, review and approve or reject credit applications in accordance with authorized limits. Monitor Corporate and Personal loan accounts. Evaluate, review loan, credit applications and make recommendations. Ensure, review loan, credit applications and make recommendations. Ensure smooth & error-free processing of applications in compliance with CAD, SBP regulations and customer banking credit policies for SCBPL. Ensure credit application processing within TAT and 100% accuracy. Ensure that Audit requirements are met as per policies and procedures. Ensure accounting treatments, Group policies, Compliance & SBP regulations. To provide timely and value-added feedback to business, credit policies, product management, and sales management. Provide feedback on credit policy for emerging risk/fraud trends within the portfolio segments. Coordination with cross-functional departments in order to improve efficiency and controls.
