Strategic HR admin assistant-Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.-Provide administrative support to HRD.-Manpower planning and talents selection strategies.-Interviewing Skills & Job analysis workshop.-Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).-Process documentation and prepare reports HR administration.-Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations, taxes, and employees compensations Coordinate with the government relations officer (GR-Department) regarding the processing of approval government relations request such as immigration, licenses, Visas etc -Assist to payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)-Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures -Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
