With this Current Position my main responsibilities are: ● Manage and support, Operations of Electronic Security (Burglary Alarm System - BAS) & It's Monitoring operations.● Coordinate & correspondence with Corporate and individual clients.● SLA Drafting, Renewal and implementation in Security Operations ,Quotations and Billing.● Plan, manage & coordinate with Security personnel/Quick Response Force, Control room Monitoring Staff, Technical Team, Warehouse inventory management and Sales team.● Execute Installations of Burglary Alarm System and its related devices &draw layout security plan/map, to secure client's premises and as per client's requirements.● Manage GPS Tracking system, team and it's Operations, generation and submission of Guard Patrolling Tracking reports for the business premises and sensitive installations of our Corporate clients nationwide.● Investigate, Prepare, review and submission of Incident reports to the clients& coordinate with Law Enforcement Agencies.● Plan for staff recruitment requirements, induction and continuation of training.● Maintain & Develop business relationship with the Corporate clients mainly with leading Banks of Pakistan, and also with individual clients, which includes:◇ Regular client visits, to ensure provide all kind of Security Solutions.◇ Risk assessments.◇ Follow up with technical teams regarding Client's Complaints and other related technical issues.◇ Estimation, Costing & preparing Quotations.◇ Project execution of Burglary Alarm System & CCTV.◇ Issuing timely Invoices to the Customers.◇ Payments follow up & coordinate with Finance department.◇ Feasibility planning for on-going and new business.
