I am an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a deep understanding of various mechanical engineering aspects. In my role as the Head of the Mechanical Department, I have successfully led the Tool & Die Section, managed Mechanical Maintenance, and overseen Machine Design & Automation projects involving hydraulic and pneumatic systems. My responsibilities include procuring mechanical parts and equipment, maintaining a range of machines such as hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and roll forming machines, and fabricating engineering products.I have a knack for troubleshooting machine issues, conducting repairs, manufacturing machines to meet production needs, and installing new equipment. I am also proficient in forklift maintenance, accommodation maintenance (MEP maintenance), machine design using AutoCAD, training new machine operators on safety protocols, documenting maintenance activities, creating maintenance schedules, sourcing machine spare parts, programming laser cutting and wire cut machines, designing dies, and preparing product data sheets.My diverse skill set and extensive experience in the field of mechanical engineering make me a valuable asset to any organization.
