The Project “Promote Access to Land in Bangladesh” funded by European Union (EU) and Implemented by a Consortium Led by NIRAS’ Denmark at Department of Land Record & Survey (DLRS) under Ministry of Land (MoL), BangladeshProject Details: Strengthened Access to Land for Citizens of Bangladesh. Designed, developed, and implemented an Integrated Digital Land Management System (DLMS) at Manirampur Upazila, Jessore. • Created a set of Terms of Reference (ToR) for a Pilot Project focused on implementing the ISO-certified International Standard Computerization of Integrated Digital Land Management System (DLMS) in Manirampur, Jessore• Created One Stop Service solution within the project's selected area by performing comprehensive system analysis and design for the proposed Integrated DLMS• Designed the Financial Module of the Integrated DLMS, focused on taxation improvement by facilitating online payment systems for various land-related fees to enhance revenue generation for the government• Ensured compatibility with GIS Software (Leica Geo Office) obtained alongside GNSS equipment for digital surveying by upgrading desktop PCs and laptops from Windows 8 Pro to Windows 8.1• Integrated Digital Surveyed areas co-ordinates and collected data with GIS Software of the Pilot Project in 3 Upazila’s of Bangladesh• Provided assistance for the Reformation of Laws of Bangladesh related to Ministry of Land, Law & Parliamentary Justice Affairs and Public Administration
