I am currently the Co-founder & CEO at findmyleather.com, backed by #StartupIndiaMy journey began with a 4-year engineering degree in leather technology, followed by enriching experiences at Bhartiya International Ltd and Farida Leather Company. These roles allowed me to understand the intricacies of the leather supply chain, honing my skills in wet-end operations, chemical processes, quality control, and production optimization.As I grew in the leather industry, I realized that there were a lot of frustrations, delays, & errors when it came to procuring leather, footwear, goods & garments due to a lack of transparency, leading to cost overruns, delayed shipments, and exhausted merchandisers from the manufacturing side & sourcing teams from the brand side.As a technologist, I soon realized that "When the supply chain is broken, there is a huge opportunity to streamline it," and all roads led to the use of technology to overcome this challenge.
