My responsibilities included managing client communication, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination with the production team. Additionally, I was tasked with overseeing the timely delivery of finished leather from 04 different factory locations situated in Ambur, Ranipet, Dindigul, and Chromepet to the final assortment and packing warehouse in Chennai. Acted as a liaison between the production team, final assortment and packing team, and the shipping company. Despite the challenging circumstances, the leather business continued to operate in foreign countries, and my role played a vital part in maintaining its operations during this critical time.Furthermore, during this period, I also successfully attracted business from multiple foreign buyers. Remarkably, the company's revenue remained stable, neither declining nor improving significantly, despite the challenges posed by the pandemic. This accomplishment underscores our ability to adapt and thrive in the face of adversity.
