Major areas of responsibility were preparation of presentations, soliciting prospective investors and financial houses, preparation of offering memorandum, correspondence with State Bank and Regulatory Authorities, Bond CPs and managing bond related positive and negative covenants.* Closely worked on managing the execution of two rounds of Export Credit Agency (ECA’s) backed offshore financing of US $ 700 million. The transactions were first ever transactions of any ECA after 1998.
