Currently Technical Consultant with Exclusive-Networks with a primary focus on enterprise accounts. I architect, configure, implement, manage PoC's and deploy Fortinet solutions to ensure successful customer/partner implementation of a secure network. I assist customers with on-prem, in the cloud (AWS-Azure) or hybrid designs enabling better bullt proof security for networks. My primary products are FortiSASE, Forti ZTNA, FortiGate NGFW, FortiGate IPS, SDWAN, SD-Branch. These are not drop and ship products. I work with customers to architect transformative solutions which change entire IT departments into Operations departments. A full stack of network security requires collaborative involvement across all business processes and internal solos. I break down these barriers, study the processes and work to design a secure and automated solution to transform the business. I am a consistent performer and a disciplined self-starter. I support Fortinet Sales and SE's in UAE and Rest of Middle East (Excluding Saudi Arabia) in my current roole with Exclusive-Networks. My customer satisfaction rating is consistently the highest on the team 100%. I take pride in identifying, analyzing and/or documenting technical issues to optimize operational efficiency in all type of environments for the best possible outcome and scalable growth. I mentor and train customers on product features and services for day two and beyond operations. Even though my current role primarily focuses on Fortinet products I am well versed in Security, Routing & Switching, SDWAN, SD-Access, Wireless solutions offered by Cisco & Meraki as my previous role with Emircom engaged me on designing and deploying networks to all the levels such as ISP's to SMB customers. I have been awarded Cisco Designated VIP award for 2022 & 2023 due to my contributions to Cisco Community platforms.
