As part of the opening crew for Uncle Julio's Frisco location, I helped seat 200-250 guests each day, ensuring everyone felt welcomed and taken care of. I assisted in training new hosts, guiding them as they learned the ropes and became part of our team. During peak times, I managed the seating software to keep things running smoothly and reduce wait times. I also made sure to refill water, chips, and salsa for over 50 guests daily and kept the dining area spotless by cleaning 10+ tables each day. As a Marketing Coordinator, I successfully managed a fundraising campaign that raised over $750,000 in donations. By reaching 1,500+ individuals daily through strategic communication channels, I was able to drive engagement and amplify our message. I also developed and executed over three large-scale marketing campaigns, creating more than 2,000 social media posts that resonated with our audience. One of my proudest accomplishments was increasing membership by 70%, a testament to the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and a commitment to growing the organization. I also organized and hosted multiple workshops for 100+ interns, fostering their professional development and creating a supportive learning environment. Ultimately, this role taught me how to lead a diverse team, collaborate with company founders to drive growth, and create impactful learning experiences for interns through mentorship, workshops, and resource development. It strengthened my skills in management, communication, and strategic innovation, all of which will serve me well in future endeavors.

I conducted in-depth market research to identify potential platform improvements, working closely with professional software engineers and UI/UX designers to enhance user experience. I also created over three business presentations covering topics like marketing, entrepreneurship, and product/service management. In addition to attending educational webinars, I developed a strong network of 600+ interns, fostering collaboration and professional growth within the community. Overall, in this role I learned to conduct market research, collaborate with engineers and designers, and develop a strong professional network.
