With a PhD in a highly interdisciplinary topic, the use of AI for 6G communications, I can effectively keep up with the fast pace of evolving IT technologies, criticize them and tailor them to suit a particular application. I have initiated many innovative solutions in the past either as a researcher, as a product manager or as an engineer.As an AI expert: I have extensive experience and knowledge in designing (Deep) reinforcement learning (RL) algorithms for the control and communications in decentralized multi-agent systems under local observability and communication bandwidth constraints. I have experience deploying standard deep RL algorithms for mobility management tasks in the 5G cellular networks of Nokia. I have designed and implemented novel RL algorithms to measure the value of information at scale and with numerous applications in future 6G networks.As a researcher: I have pioneered a new class of data compression algorithms that helps more effective communications between machines, sensors or AI engines. These algorithms use deep reinforcement learning to infer the usefulness or meaning of data before being communicated and find a wide range of applications. The applications include but are not limited to IoT, Cyber-Physical Systems, Smart Manufacturing, Autonomous Driving, Satellite Communications and RegTech.As an Entrepreneur (at heart): My product management experience, my exposure to startup competitions and business strategy courses, as well as project works with Venture Capitals (VCs) enable me to quickly analyze niche markets, understand their gaps and opportunities, and realize how different technologies can help a certain business to thrive.
