Founder & CEO of Dermose, a med-tech, tele-dermatology and pharmaceutical company using deep learning, computer vision and AI to diagnose a range of chronic and progressive dermatological diseases, personalize medical therapeutics, prognosticate disease progression and provide remote patient monitoring services through a robust platform, offered DTC.Arshan was a former researcher at the UCSD School of Medicine in the Department of Cellular and Molecular Medicine and a biochemistry & biophysics M.S. candidate at UCSD, where he completed his B.S. in biochemistry with highest honor distinctions. Arshan was awarded the distinguished Department of Chemistry Excellence Award for demonstrating superior academic accomplishments and dedication to advancing the professional community through community involvement, leadership, and research achievements. Arshan gained admission into the Berkeley Haas School of Business, where he obtained entrepreneurial training over several years through UC Launch (Fall 22 Cohort) and Berkeley Skydeck (Batch 16 Pad-13). He was awarded the New Vision Holding (Haas) and Audience Choice Awards (Skydeck). Arshan is multi-talented; his 12 years of experience as a pianist lead to him serving as a professional musician and lead keyboardist for former leading Turkish Band in California, Turquaz. He specializes in classical middle-eastern music: Iranian, Kurdish, Turkish and Arabic. Turquaz has opened for several infamous Turkish singers on tour from Turkey and has had multiple performances spanning San Diego to Los Angeles. He also enjoys playing jazz, blues and classical piano.
