As a data science/machine learning expert in the training team, I provide training, guidance and conduct proof of concepts on the integration of machine learning in our core products. I simplify, communicate, and demonstrate machine learning for a layman to understand and liaise with clients in Banking and Telecommunications.I have used a range of supervised and unsupervised machine learning for preliminary analysis. One such analysis was to explore customer insights and behavioural trends using clustering/PCA (unsupervised learning). Predictive modelling includes estimating probability of credit default in a specific category of customers using Python.
