Ensuring the timely resolution to meet our Service Level Objectives (SLAs). Deploy and support laptop/desktop imaging and software deployment. Provide and Troubleshoot L1 technical support for IP Phone’s, Network related issues and Printers & Scanners. Coordinating with Network Team/IPT Team to Resolve L2 Network related problems. Escalate hardware issues to vendors for the replacement in a timely manner. Working with other members to transfer knowledge to all members of the team, in particular new skills derived through training programs.
