Currently, Research Scholar at Queensland University of Technology, passionately working on, to repurpose battery wastes to be used as electrocatalysts for water splitting reactions (Hydrogen Generation) a Project of Max Plank Institute of Colloids and Interfaces, Germany and QUT. With back ground of Bachelor's and Master's in Chemical Engineering. My undergraduate research was on “Manufacturing process of lime and pollution control measures in a lime kiln". This project diverted my interest towards environmental related research areas like reducing carbon dioxide-based emissions.Soon After, I came across the book “The Last barrel of Oil “by D. C. Raymond presenting the crises in the world that would arise once we have limited non-renewable energy resources left on earth. Impacted by the book, I decided to contribute my skills towards the research area that has an environmental impact and I landed with my Master's research Project, "Hydrogen generation by Chemical hydrides" a solid-state hydrogen storage approach.My Master’s Degree research project converted into a Doctoral Project (Jan 2013). After designing testing facility in the laboratory scale to measure hydrogen generated from chemicals, this facility provided me with an exposure on working with hydrogen gas. My work recognized by Peer-Reviewed Publications and International Conference Publications (IIT Bombay and IEEE conference New Zealand).
