Inputting, matching, batching and coding of invoices. Debtor and Creditor reconciliations. Preparation of various reports for senior managers. Responsible for financial accounts including budgets and cash-flow.Preparing Cash Collection and Overdue report on weekly basis.Ensuring that information is accurately collated & entered into systems. Preparation of monthly employee expense claim payment runs. Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheet account reconciliations. Inputting of supplier invoices and employee expense claims to the ledgers.Experience of consolidations and reporting. A sound understanding of the month end process. Ability to thrive within a fast-paced business environment. To analyse basic financial information in response to queries from Managers, suppliers and customers. To identify and resolve errors and discrepancies. Collates and records cheque payments and/or cash as received. To be able to work in a busy office environment, demanding high levels of concentration while inputting, checking and making calculations, while also coping with frequent interruptions, e.g. responding to staff/customer enquires.
