Project Delivery Manager
Current◎ The Role ◎My current role centers on building solutions to implement medium- to large-scale transformation programmes in a cross-functional environment. In practical terms, this encompasses gatheringrequirements and consulting on potential technological solutions, conducting proofs of concept and leading collaborations with stakeholders, vendors and strategic partners in customer ecosystems. Separately, I hold accountability for global service delivery for the client virtualisation scope, supporting more than 10K users with 1M user logons per quarter. As part of this, I ensure business continuity by overseeing threat management and participating in activities to ensure robust functioning of servers in DR. Similarly, I oversee the provision of 24/7 support, and lead incident response teams to resolve high-priority incidents. A further key component of my role is to sharpen efficiency and effectiveness in operational service provision. I do so by leading the provision of service management processes, as well as embedding optimisation of processes and automating workflows. Finally, I oversee the effective deployment of resources, including ensuring fulfilment of contractual obligations in relation to account management, delivery, and service management. ◉ The Results ◉◗ Provided leadership for the service delivery and operations management governing a range of initiatives and transformation programmes, including ● Virtualization services transformation across 230 global customer engagements that halved infrastructure footprint● Hybrid Cloud initiative to migrate on-prem workloads to Azure● Modern Device Management enablement to mirror Virtual devices to physical device configuration◗ Achieved business revenue growth of one third over three years through leading operations, managing the budget and securing extension of a multi-million-dollar customer contract ◗ Improved customer satisfaction score significantly
