    ◎ The Role ◎My current role centers on building solutions to implement medium- to large-scale transformation programmes in a cross-functional environment. In practical terms, this encompasses gatheringrequirements and consulting on potential technological solutions, conducting proofs of concept and leading collaborations with stakeholders, vendors and strategic partners in customer ecosystems. Separately, I hold accountability for global service delivery for the client virtualisation scope, supporting more than 10K users with 1M user logons per quarter. As part of this, I ensure business continuity by overseeing threat management and participating in activities to ensure robust functioning of servers in DR. Similarly, I oversee the provision of 24/7 support, and lead incident response teams to resolve high-priority incidents. A further key component of my role is to sharpen efficiency and effectiveness in operational service provision. I do so by leading the provision of service management processes, as well as embedding optimisation of processes and automating workflows. Finally, I oversee the effective deployment of resources, including ensuring fulfilment of contractual obligations in relation to account management, delivery, and service management. ◉ The Results ◉◗ Provided leadership for the service delivery and operations management governing a range of initiatives and transformation programmes, including ● Virtualization services transformation across 230 global customer engagements that halved infrastructure footprint● Hybrid Cloud initiative to migrate on-prem workloads to Azure● Modern Device Management enablement to mirror Virtual devices to physical device configuration◗ Achieved business revenue growth of one third over three years through leading operations, managing the budget and securing extension of a multi-million-dollar customer contract ◗ Improved customer satisfaction score significantly

    ◎ The Role ◎In this capacity, I served as the technical lead and primary point of contact for management of bespoke network architecture infrastructure, as well as delivery of a project to migrate 15 business units from usage of Windows 2008 to Windows 2016, and RFP on workplace services. Separately, I provided end-user computing subject matter expertise to conduct due diligence, and support transitioning and stabilizing services.     ◎ The Role ◎The focus of this role was to direct all aspects of the development of modern device management systems, including its planning and design; proof-of-concept and other tests; and implementation in the production environment. An important component of my role was to ensure business continuity and smooth operational management, and I did so by creating and overseeing the roll-out of departmental documentation, policies, and procedures, as well as managing the end-to-end network and end user infrastructure environment. Similarly, I analyzed mission-critical systems using various system and application monitoring tools, and provided touch support to ~1000 on-site users in relation to management of user devices in Client's Global headquarters. Likewise, I automated business processes and the distribution of software and operating systems, and served as Operations Lead for the client's US office, managing all IT issues for 700 on-site users, and acting as the primary point of contact for the CXO and other C-suite executives. ◉ The Results ◉◗ Oversaw the transition and stabilization of a Customer Command Center by establishing an offshore team of 10 to monitor and support IT infrastructure around the clock◗ Played a key role in facilitating customers’ digital growth journey by transforming the end-user computing team, including reducing mean time to repair, defining KPIs and boosting critical service levels ◗ Enhanced systems monitoring global servers, network devices, e-commerce sites by customizing monitoring requirements and adjusting threshold parameters
