As an HR and Admin Supervisor, I manage a broad spectrum of HR and administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with local regulations. My role encompasses recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, compensation, corporate culture, business support, office development, meeting and event management, compliance, retention, offboarding, and handling the local Emirati pension scheme. I also oversee the implementation of HR policies and coordinate with supervisors to ensure effective adoption.

Preparing initial job description and getting approval from the HR manager.Involvement in recruitment -sourcing, shortlisting, telephonic rounds, scheduling interviews, andpreparation of offer acceptance & letters.Handling HR induction: Introduce the new joining declaration to the staff members, orientationprogram, relocation assistance by transportation scheduling and accommodations etc.Setting objectives, conducting midyear evaluations, and final evaluations for the group as part ofperformance management activities.Coordinate the training sessions with HR Manager.Ensure that the payroll sheets of all employees are accurate and inform the HR manager if thereis any discrepancy.Trying to solve the payroll issue arrived from the employees and inform the HR manager.Managing employee relations as well as organizing employee engagement activities.Preparing correspondence like -salary certificates, experience certificates, appreciation letters,employment certificates, no objection certificates, pay slips, termination letters and warningletters.Liaising with PRO for accurate and timely submissions of applications for entry and workpermits.Liaise with employees for medical test,tawjeeh seminar,emirates id applications andcontract renewals.Handling all the medical insurance addition and deletion requests.Maintaining and updating the employees' profiles and records to HRMS (Facts ERP).Preparing annual leave settlement and coordinating with HR manager.Counselling employees and management concerning policies, procedures, and best practices.Resulting in identifying risks and creating effective solutions for both the employees and theorganization.Offboarding: Handling employee's cancellation, exit & clearance formalities.
