I was elected as the Managing Director (President) of Axis to plan and execute organizational strategy for Axis while managing five executive portfolios of marketing, events, external relations, human resources, and finance to enhance value for 40+ students through client sourcing, recruitment, training, and outreach to industry professionals.

As an advisor at Axis, I helped the organization behind-the-scenes to implement feedback from previous cohorts and pivot to a 8-month cohort model while prioritizing change management and organizational growth initiatives.

After eight months of being a Consultant, I was promoted to be a Team Lead at Axis Consulting where I recruited and lead a team of of 4-5 consultants to provide pro-bono consulting services to organizations over a 10-week timeline. I led two client engagements and impacted non-profit clients in sustainable economy and rehabilitation industries. These projects resulted in a 100% consultant and client satisfaction.

At Axis Consulting, we provide business strategy solutions to organizations that require pro-bono consulting services. As a Pro Bono Consultant I contributed to three client projects in hospitality, consultancy, and construction industries through research and analysis activities to produce final deliverables highlighting opportunities for the clients.

As a Beedie LLCA, I worked in collaboration with the Residence Life Management Team and Beedie School of Business to facilitate specialized co-curricular programs and to connect residents through leadership focused opportunities on campus and within the community.

This research project with Residence Life focused on the their community standards process and community development model in order to identify any gaps within the current program in relation to conduct, programming, and transitional support for international residents. This academic research project required me to conduct literature-research about “Media Governance in Digital Age” and gather empirical data to inform scope, dimensions and contributors for an edited book to be used for future coursebook.Over an eight-month timeline, I organized the findings in Zotero, Excel, and Dropbox, ran a quantitative analysis on Excel and qualitative analysis on NVivo and communicated with the scholars around the world to figure potential for collaborations.

While working with Campus Support, my role focused on enhancing customer experience by bridging the gap between prospective/current students and program advisors at several campuses (CDI College, Vancouver Career College and Reeves College), all over Canada.In order to assist target marketing campaigns, I attended to incoming and outgoing calls, updated data on student enrolment and other logistics while helping in the analysis of data gathered to assess the success of the campaign.
