• Assist customers daily in opening and closing accounts (Personal & Corporate), and cross-sell related products such as overdraft protection; refer other sales opportunities such as college financial planning to appropriate personal banker• Help customers with tasks such as resolving account issues, putting in special account instructions, making wire and telephone transfers, and handling stop payments• Take over bank teller duties when needed, maintaining top quality in front-line coverageMaintain professional appearance and behavior for customers at all times•Achieving Monthly and yearly targets as per the branch requirements.•Responsible to make sure that set branch targets to achieve on the products set for the year
