I have more than 8 years of experience in capacity building program for Primary Care Physicians, which includes Certificate Course in Management of Thyroid Disorders (CCMTD), Certificate Course in Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke (CCCS), Certificate Course in Management of Hypertension (CCMH), Occupational Health Program, Certificate Course in Disaster Management (CCDM), E-workshop series on COVID-19 for Indian and International Healthcare Professionals, WHO project for Development of IMNCI digital package for e-learning by health workers. Currently I am working as Program Officer in Certificate Course in Common Mental Disorders (CCCMD).As a Program Officer under Training division of PHFI, my job profile envisages being part of the team discharging the following responsibilities to and for the management of the Capacity Building Program for PCP’s; •Program/ Research Data maintenance, Coordination with various stakeholders, support overall field operations related to the program, organizing and managing human resource and logistical issues, managing and maintaining documentation of all the records. •To be a part along with team members in organizing and managing resource intensive National and Regional level meetings; this involves human resource and logistical issues. •Conduct spot and random checks and monitoring field visits for quality assurance.•To support the team to accomplish their task and achieve targets. •Managing and maintaining documentation of all the records related to all the stakeholders •Being part of the successful team which achieved all timed targets • Attend and participate in stakeholder’s meetings, and other meetings as needed.I am a dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic professional who has an exceptional level of commitment.
