It was a small time assignment/Project I did with, Haier Telecom to establish a GSM distribution Setup in India and SAARC conuntries.

Joined as Head of Sales when the Market Share of Motorola was less than 2%. From number 5 player in India, the fastest growing telecom market in the world, we moved the market share to 15% in almost as many months and became the strong number two player.It was a great team effort.

A very small time engagement in this TATA Company, Essentially to build my learning about Telematics and Telecommunication. A very interesting assignment to build a Distribution set up for Vehicle Tracking System, using GPS. Great experience to become an interface between Technology and a Truck Driver.

Joined Philips as Head of CTV Sales and worked for almost 3 years. It was great period where our market share rose from less than 2% to over 7%. It was a profitable growth. Seubsequently I moved to Head the Mobile phone business of Philips in India. Besides a challenging Sales assignment, Philips provided me an opportunity to be a Trainer. I trained over 500 Sales and Marketing Proffesionals in Philips Asia Pacific Region for Proffessional Selling Skills and Trade Marketing

Moving from Sales to Head marketing of this Chinese multinational company, which launched its range of Consumer Electronics products in India. It was a very short stint as the business module didn’t work. However it was a very enriching experience for me.

Among the very first people to Join LG, when the Brand was launched 3rd time with lot of scepticism. However it's a great feeling of prides to see where the Brand is today. Amazing Company with Great Leadership.

Joined Pepsi Foods and Launched the Snack Food brands, Hostess, Lays, Cheetos in India. Moved to Hope appliance business of Voltas when the partners decided to part ways. Worked in Greater Punjab as Area Sales Manager and also in east as ASM Bihar/Jharkhand.

Started my Sales career with this great company in Rajasthan. Learned what Sales and Distribution is all about. Great learning experience.
