1. Coordinate with Project Managers and General Foremen to ensure project tasks are completed and deadlines are met as per construction schedule.2. Produce layouts, plan interference drawings and sketches in Revit, Trimble Sysque, AutoCAD & Navisworks3. Provide administrative support and assist the Estimator in preparing estimates, attend site meetings and quantity take-off as needed.4. Prepare shop drawings and submit them for approval through Procore. 5. Assist in tracking of the change orders. 6. Assist the Project Manager in drafting and issuing RFI’s and in any other aspect of Project Management.

Examine, maintain and review drawings and understand project requirements.Assist Project Managers and Engineers on a daily basis as needed to ensure that project objectives and schedules are met.Prepare As-Builts, sleeving drawings and mechanical room pad layouts on AutoCAD. Respond to inquiries related to ongoing project issues and identifying risks in a project.Assigning competent personnel to complete warranty work.Provide estimates and generate material purchase orders, review and manage work orders, RFIs and RFQs.Review and analyze project and material quotes with different suppliers. Communicate and work closely with subcontractors, builders and suppliers to meet project deadlines.

Working closely with Project Managers to ensure daily tasks are accomplished. Preparing sleeving and interference drawings on AutoCad for various projects across GTA. Coordinating any warranty and service work on past projectsCoordinating equipment deliveries to various job sites around GTA

General Responsibilities:• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to team members.• Act as Cash Manager as needed, including setting up cash register(s) at open and verifying cash at close.• Perform walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open/close and/or rush-ready.• Work with the Restaurant Management team to train, develop and communicate with team members in a way that maximizes retention.• Supervise, coordinate and delegate the execution of operations tasks and ensure compliance with all Company policies.• Work with the Restaurant Management team to ensure quality, production and service standards are met and to create a safe, efficient and professional environment for customers and other employees.• Assist the Restaurant Management team in maintaining proper coverage via team member schedules to ensure that the restaurant attains/exceeds all customer service standards.• Follow up and ensure resolution of guest-related issues as needed.
