Qwork is a Gig-Tech Company, which includes all HR Consulting activities that focus on "Gig" by empowers talent and business to navigate through the gig economy.- Worked as the project's team leader, I developed and activated strategies with the team to manage a project for four months straight by creating and managing promotional campaigns and successfully increased company official Instagram followers from 1,082 to 1,398 followers.- Organized a webinar with the team, and was able to build relationships with President University and LP3I Polytechnic in order to promote the Gig Project Webinar until it was successfully attended by 118 people.- Budget expenses for each team project by creating detailed activities that was then presented to the mentor.- Build an audience by posting project content to Instagram and Tiktok reels.
