Working responsibilities include  Sites measurement, verification, marking & pre-delivery inspections. During installation inspection on each stage according to standard. Resolving the site issues with respective rectification during installation. Handing over the site after final inspection of installed products Site Planning for surveys & furniture installation work like Kitchen, Door,Wardrobe& Office furniture. Daily Monitoring of the progress of work. Preparation of material statement and estimation. Managing sub-contractors as per master plan. Responsible for ensuring compliance as per SOP. Responsible for maintaining the quality of workmanship. Weekly meeting with the design and production team. Close coordination with clients and architects. Maintaining the maximum customer satisfaction level. Managing the project's executions effectively within the budget and timelines. Making complaints reports and entering in SAP software, follow up of complaints, etc Lookout after-sales services
