I also supervise and mentor a team of assistant account managers, who support me in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. I have over three years of experience in the knitwear production and merchandising field, having previously worked as an assistant production merchandiser at Inno Knits, where I coordinated the planning, sourcing, and quality control of our products. I have a bachelor's degree in seed science and technology from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, where I developed a strong interest and knowledge in sustainable and innovative practices for the textile industry. I am passionate about creating and delivering products that are both environmentally friendly and aesthetically appealing, and that reflect the mission, vision, and values of Inno Knits.
