Job Responsibilities:Technical Support/Network Administration:• Managing user queries and facilitating user-end troubleshooting • Installation & troubleshooting of network devices i.e. Switches, Routers, Access points, etc.• Performance troubleshooting and optimization of network and network bandwidth/resources• Responsible for user queries through email,and on phone• Provide help desk support• Windows Server 2008, 2012 & 2016 installation and troubleshooting. • Maintenance of Internet/network hardware including switches, routers, cabling, servers, and wireless devices.• Unifi Access Points control with central control and implemented with different security policies against the Multi SSID for company users.• Responsible to provide support on all wired/wireless network connectivity issues.• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.• Responsible for installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of CCTV configuration.• Maintain network security, policies, user groups, and desktop policies.• Biometric machines installation and maintenance and employee enrollment in all offices.• Provide remote support to end users in all aspects of a functional corporate network including Microsoft Windows, Network connectivity, Wi-Fi connectivity, Printing, Mobile Device Management, etc.• Monitor Data backup and recovery operations and perform daily backups.Infrastructure Development and Administration: • Manage IT budgets and ensure that all IT projects are completed within budget and on time• Prepare feasibility reports for IT infrastructure• Coordinate with the hardware and software suppliers for the procurement of IT equipment• Conduct Quality Assurance while purchasing IT equipment
