I’m a recruitment professional with a strong foundation in business management, and I love helping educational institutions find the right talent. Right now, I’m a Recruitment Consultant at Envision Education, where I focus on building meaningful relationships with both candidates and clients. My work involves managing compliance, staying on top of trends in the education sector, and placing top candidates in long-term roles. I’ve also helped grow our client base by bringing in new schools.Before this, I was a Product Analyst at IRI, where I developed key analytical skills that are now helping me succeed in recruitment. I worked on product development, marketing strategies, and data analysis, and even stepped in to manage client relationships when a colleague was away.I’m fluent in both English and Urdu, with strong problem-solving and time management skills. I’m also comfortable with research and various IT applications. Outside of work, I’m actively involved in local charity efforts, which reflects my commitment to giving back to the community.
