Being one of the owners of the company and as a Managing Director, I Supervised and Coordinated the following tasks.• Feasibility report of the project.• Construction of the plant.• Fabrication of all the machinery and equipment including Engine Assembly Line, Main Production Line, Test Bench, Phosphate Plant and Paint Shop.• Implementation of quality and work procedures in accordance with EDB and PSQCA standards.• Documentation and on ground preparation for EDB (Engineering Development Board) and PSQCA Certifications.• Registration for Excise and Taxation.• Installation of software to control Procurement, Inventory, Production, Sales, After Sales, Accounts and HR etc.• Launching of JOSH TE70 motorbike as the first product of Tayyab Engineering Company.• Increase in the production from 300 to 750 units per month.• Development of a sales network across the province.• Increase in the sales by introducing different sales schemes and incentives.• Visits to various vendors, importers and suppliers for Procurement and Vendor development for all the different parts used in production and after sales service.• Visited most of the leading automobile companies in China including Zongshen, Loncin, Lifan, Bashan, Yuan, Jialing, Yinxian etc. for the purchase of Engine, shock absorbers, electrical parts and carburetor.• The Only person to deal with all the suppliers and companies from China.• Management of Imports from China.• Purchase of all the tools and QC instruments.• Purchase of Server and Computers, Printers, Hubs, telephone exchange, furniture and other hardware.• Single handedly managed the Advertisement Campaign for TV, Radio, Billboards, Banners, Broachers, Shop boards, Showrooms renovations and Posters etc.

The technicians are trained by HONDA and are equipped with all the pneumatic and digital tools.• 3S: Sparer Parts: Purchase, Sale and Inventory control of a complete range of all the genuine spare (more that 1500 different parts and engine oil) used mainly in all four models of HONDA and other motorbike brands.• 4S: Special Sales Scheme: Credit/ Installment facility for those customers who can not afford to buy a bike on full payment.• 5S: Second Hand Exchange: We cash-in the old motor bike and give a new one, (with an adjustment of balance).• Plus we deal with the warranty as well; every bike comes with the warranty of 2 years, and if there comes any technical problem during that period, its our responsibility to rectify it.• Computerized and manual record keeping of complete 5s including details of Booking, Delivery, Sales, Service and even customers with all the trends and graphs.• The only dealership in the region that has won all the sales and spare parts schemes and met all the targets given by Honda since its opening.

Start Fresh Ltd is one of the leading fresh produce and Fruit & Vegetable processing company of the east midlands in the United Kingdom. Situated in Nottingham it is one of the major suppliers of finest quality fresh prepared produce to various Caterers, Airlines and superstore chains including ASDA, Tesco, S&A, Bradgate, Salad Works and Sainsbury. When I Joined Start fresh production team in 2004 I learnt to operate most of the machines used for vegetable processing including Dicing, Slicing, Battening, Small Rumble, Weighing and Sealing machines etc. Soon I was promoted to Production Supervisor, Intake Incharge, QA, and Logistics Officer in a very quick succession of time and finally as a Technical Supervisor. During my stay at Start Fresh as a Technical Supervisor my job included the following tasks.• To perform quality checks on all the deliveries including physical tests and temperature readings.• In case of quality issues the only person to make complaints and their follow up and then settlement with all the suppliers around the world.• My biggest achievement was the Implementation of GRN (Goods Received Number) system and then computerization of all the intake record which helped big time for proper stock rotation and its traceability during production and back to the suppliers.• Record keeping of micro biological results with all the trends and graphs to make sure that the products were always hygienically safe to use.• Record keeping of pesticide residue reports for all the products (collected from various suppliers around the world).• Stock keeping and ordering of Chemicals used in possessing and cleaning.• Stock keeping and ordering of packing materials.• Preparation on ground and the documentation for EFSIS and other audits.• Implementation of Quality and Procedure Manual.• In addition different tasks directly given by Technical Manager and Production Director.
