CurrentMechanical Engineering Responsibility of PDU and cell-stack module to battery pack integration -Performing market research to understand market requirements for new product development-Preparation of engineering spesifications, DFMEA, DVPR test plans and sign-off documents for HV battery components according to Ford Motor Company standards.-Evaluation of product performance against competitors to identify gaps, analyzed and assessed the performance of the competitor and made necessary adjustments.-Researching regulations and integrating them into the product.-Communication with the suppliers and manufacturing, CAE, CFD, vehicle architecture, program management, testing, quality, sustainability, procurement, finance and marketing departments from the concept stage to the final product-Managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely material deliveries.-Assembly Illustration Chart Preparation-Design for Assembly-Design for Manufacturability-Design for Serviceability
