I have recently joined Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Northam (WA) as a Research Scientist. Prior to this, I completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at School of Agriculture and Food Sciences (SAFS), The University of Queensland, Australia on an ACIAR-funded project. I received a doctorate in Agricultural Sciences from SAFS, UQ under the supervision of Professor Steve W. Adkins in 2020. A major focus of my research was to investigate the morpho-physiological adaptations responsible for climate-induced herbicide tolerance in three summer-fallow weed species of Australia's northern grain region against glyphosate. In the last 6 years, I have published 18 scientific journal articles, including 4 book chapters, and have reviewed more than 15 articles for Scientific Reports, Weed Science, PLOS ONE, Crop Protection, Agronomy, Plants, etc. I have recently been appointed as a review editor for Frontiers in Agronomy.
