This involves gathering requirements from relevant stakeholders, conducting market research and data analysis, creating reports and presentations, and generating insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.• Assisted senior management with the firm’s reorganization into three independent units (core, games, web3.0), and ensuring alignment between departmental strategies and the overall firm’s objectives. This also involved creating and then testing with an expert panel a unique and profitable market positioning for each unit. For instance, for our games division, we analyzed our expertise, client requirements, and market trends to create a specialized positioning dedicated to offering Live Operations (LiveOps) support to top tier hyper casual game (HCG) publishers.• Wrote and published 25+ case studies, each tied to one of the three units’ specific positioning and areas of expertise (e.g., EdTech, AR/VR, LiveOps, Blockchain), on the company’s website. This was part of the broader marketing strategy to drive inbound sales leads.
