Key highlights are as follows:• Urea Plant Revamp study in collaboration with SAIPEM using in-house data analysis tools for capacity enhancement.• Advance Process Controller for Urea Plant: Lead process engineer responsible for DCS process controller modifications, conducting multi discipline team FMEA along with accurate model development and tuning during commissioning phase. Project is currently in progress.• DCS Replacement Project for Urea: Worked as Lead process engineer for Urea unit with responsibility of logic evaluations and testing during SAT of the new DCS. Project is currently in progress.• DGS Modification for CO2 Compressor: Worked as Lead process engineer for CO2 Compressor's DGS system modification leading to improved reliability for the Compressor's seals• Virtual Sensors for Urea Reactor: Combined thermodynamic and operational data using Machine Learning to create Realtime Virtual Sensors for N/C Ratio, Actual Conversion & Equilibrium Conversion for all Urea Reactors at Site.
