Led in-house development efforts and acted as Project Leader for the University Examination Suite and In-house Payment Gateway Module, working under the guidance of the IT Manager.Collaborated with the IT Manager in system study, design, database management, implementation, and user acceptance processes. Designed & implemented a comprehensive web-based school automation system for multiple schools, covering admissions, student management, academic reports, staff recruitment, and payroll.Provided expert IT infrastructure consulting, including hardware advisory, networking, firewall setup, and server administration (MS SQL Server, G Suite, Domains).Conducted user training and offered technical support for the school automation system.
