Hello! I am currently studying at Singapore Polytechnic, under the Diploma in Food Science & Technology. I specialise in Basic Healthcare & Medical skills from my time as a Combat Medic. However, over the course of my study, I have also gained a greater appreciation for the science behind foods. I particularly enjoy working on R&D projects in a team while keeping the Nutrition aspect in mind and adhering to strict Food Safety protocols.As of now, I am keeping my options open for work in the Healthcare sector and in the Food Science industry.
