Provided strategic direction for growth and management oversight for Wyvern Consulting, an independent aviation consulting firm that provides risk management tools and resources to corporate clients and end users of jet and helicopter charter services as well as UAS service providers. In addition, the company specializes in independent safety reviews of designated aviation providers, including those in the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) marketplace, for it's global clientele which include Fortune 100 clients, corporate travel managers and government institutions. Specific responsibilities include oversight of the company's 22 internationally-based audit staff and quality control of commissioned aviation safety audits and administration of the company's EXACT Unmanned Aircraft System's program. Areas of expertise include implementation of Safety Management Systems and Emergency Response Plans, compliance with regulatory requirements in the manned and unmanned aircraft markets, and development of accepted industry best practices within the scope of FAA, European and ICAO standards and recommended practices. In addition to providing oversight to the Wyvern Wingman and EXACT UAS programs. I also held IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) accredited auditor and an IS-BAO auditor certifications.

Developed and managed growth of Paradise Air (Aero Paraiso, S.A.), a Costa Rican aircraft charter provider that provided flights throughout Costa Rica and Central America region. Company was the only FAA certified Part 129 (non-airline) carrier in Central America whose clients included the U.S. Embassy, regional multi-national corporations, U.S. Fortune 100 clients and high net worth individuals. Paradise Air was a prime incubator of pilots and management personnel supplying the region's flag carrier, TACA Airlines, among others.

San José, Costa Rica

Helicorp, S.A. is a San Jose, Costa Rica based FAA approved Part 145 Repair Station specializing in the rebuild and recertification of both fixed wing aircraft and helicopters. In addition, it is one of Central America's most respected light aircraft and helicopter maintenance facilities servicing aircraft based throughout the region. Developed a modern 8,000 SF facility located at Tobias Bolaños International Airport. Company is staffed by a highly skilled labor force that includes an on staff FAA DAR (Designated Airworthiness Representative), an FAA IA (Authorized Inspector) and U.S.-licensed A & P mechanics. Primary clients were the Costa Rican Public Security Ministry, Walmart Latin America flight operations and other national and regional service providers requiring FAA certified maintenance services.

Operations included an FAA certificated commercial jet charter operation, maintenance repair station, and aircraft management and fueling service. Company operated nine company owned business jet aircraft for private and commercial charter operations and subsequently sold to Signature Flight Support, a part of the BBA Aviation group, a leading global aviation services and aftermarket support provider.** From 1991 to 1993 assumed management of construction of terminal facility and underground fueling system (including hazardous soils clean up) after original contractors were replaced by ownership.
